If you are lvl 65 Yes, you can use any lvl Orlok if your 63 only 63/61 Orlok, and if 61 only 61 orlok(:

I have an orlok sword level 63 could i take that and craft it? or am i stuck with this sword? or could i use it as the crafting item in the L65 crafted?
