I would love to have paracelsus gems come back, it was 2014 last they were available and i think its reasonable to let them comeback :3.
In my opinion it would be nice players would have somthing meaningfull to farm. Everyone would be satisfied with that.

It will never come back. It took the devs several seasons to slowly get rid of this gem, and even some new restrictions, I doubt they will ever take the effort to bring it back just to get complaints again.
I personally wouldn’t mind it coming back, but seen from the Sts perspective, I think its highly unlikely
Will tradable lb vanities be back.. I've heard devs said it won't but.. Someone could link the thread?

I recommend not to bring back the Para gems, but to make another gems with higher stats and cooler effect.. Maybe an Angelic/Demonic Stone which has an effect of Angel/Demon circling around the character.

Yes I’m playing since launch pretty much. Its been a long time but what they did is they didn’t allow to put para gems in items that have a level of 41+ or something. Basically they made para gems “die out” naturally due to “no demand” because as expansions kept coming, there is no use for para gems anymore because you cant slot them into the newest high level gear.
Para gems were insanely op because the first para gem didnt only add a +2 damage bonus it had a +6,5 additional damage bonus for the first gem (dont take my word for the numbers its just how I remember) providing a op stat boost compared to the “poor” non-para playerbase.
Also, para gems weren’t and still aren’t tradable which means it did lead to quite a lot of scams. (People offered to slot their para gem in an item of another player for gold or items)

No, absolutely No. Gems are the things of the past and clearly got replaced by jewels and capped upto level 46. As a matter a fact STS teams even put a shatter option for those para gem into jewels. Jewels requires progression while gems dont. There are other options to ask for like boss damage jewels, elite damage jewels or even speed enhancing jewels, more gold loot % jewels etc. Head on to these mind set instead.

Personally, I would like to see gems once again. However, it's best we ask those who own/have played/used gems
