Well maybe they already got the rating for it. It wouldn't make sense to make an official sign with the rating if that isn't the actual rating.

Well if they are under the requirement then they are breaking the rules which makes them just as guilty as any scammer or profanity user out there, ergo just as worthy of a report in my book

note I didn't say "the same as", I said "just as guilty as", huge difference. Someone breaking the rules is someone breaking the rules regardless of what rule it is. Only thing different is the result.

I think STS should ask for a parent (or guardians) email to allow someone younger than 17 to play. Similar to buying a rated M game at gamestop when you're underage, you need a guardians permission.

The problem with that is they can't prove it's their parent/guardian that's emailing them.
