Sorry can you tell me what do you mean with SEA is? If you mean its Southeast Asia, i am from SEA and my ping is stable. Always about 70-150 and sometimes it just rises but not much, only about 300-360. And its not a problem for me since i can still play smoothly. And i think making a new server will only break the fun of the AL Community which we dont have much players. And AL's motto is "Play with anyone, anywhere, anytime". If we make another server we can no longer play with friends from other server

How u get 70 lowest ping from SEA? Its kinda hard to believe when people say they get 100 ping or lower in SEA. my connection is 50mbps only but sts don't drain much data usage n its stable also so i dont find my connection is at fault

Really? But in fact me and my friends can reach it. I dont know how does it works in your country but in Indonesia Internet Connections are affected by our payment/month you can get 100 ping lower by using the standard payment on your Internet Connection. We indonesians usually use the standard one because its fast and not expensive by only 375-400k Rupiah/month

Your bandwidth (50Mbps as you say) doesnt REALLY affect your ping, unless its extremely low.

200mb/s: 6-8ms to servers in my country. 130-140ms to sts servers from europe

My friend, who lives in the same town, has this bandwidth (I have 27Mbps download and 7Mbps upload) and has same ping to al servers as me ~ 150-250 ish.

Pretty sure they won't.
A huge game like fortnite and dota with million concurrent players took a long while to bring that in for sea server matchmaking.
We are talking about a few hundred or even lesser coz I see the same players everywhere lol
,almost every map the same people or their own alts roaming x.x

Playing from SEA as well, averaging around 300 ping. Gonna be frank, I don't think STS should and will pay for additional server hosting costs.

AL ain't a MOBA, and I don't think (as far as my knowledge goes) PVP has that many players to begin with (which is the only mode that requires low ping), so the server costs ain't worth the bucks for them.

Oh maybe that's the reason why my wifi sucks at al during the Halloween event because when i play during smaller events al don't lag but during bigger events it lags
