+ A special musical-themed vanity event has come to Arlor! Get started by traveling through the portal in Windmoore to visit the Arlor Conservatory of Music.
+ Speak to the Mourning Minstrel and listen as he laments the loss of his musical companions. Take up arms and seek justice for the Minstrel's poor fallen friends.
+ Travel to the distant ruins of a once magnificent castle and face its army of icy guardians! Collect 'Music Note' tokens that you can trade for new vanity items.
+ Willco the Woodworker will trade Music Notes for account-bound versions of the Gondal Drum, Vesius Harp and Fentari Lute (back vanity items), and a trio of musical instrument vanity weapons.
+ Willco also sells special trade-friendly musical furniture (for Platinum): the Harpsichord, the Cello and the Organ - which can all be activated to play their portion of "The Legend's Lament."
+ "Oszy," the event boss, drops gold, Music Notes, Epic and Legendary Equipment and has a very rare chance of dropping trade-friendly Drum, Harp and Lute vanity items.
+ Limited quantities of musical instrument vanity weapons can be found in the Store throughout the duration of the event.
+ Limited quantities of the Gondal Drum will be available in the Store on October 16th.
+ Limited quantities of the Vesius Harp will be avaialble in the Store on October 17th.
+ Limited quantities of the Fentari Lute will be available in the Store on October 18th.
+ Wear your class' musical instrument vanity weapon and any musical instrument back vanity to activate the 'Cut-throat Concerto' set bonus.
+ While the 'Cut-throat Concerto' bonus is active there is a chance for a musical explosion vanity proc effect!
+ You can now rename your guild for 100 Platinum.

It seems to me that developers need to make one more vanity for weapons for each character class, because for example I play as a rogue and in the Lovecraft set I use swords (since the bow statistics are lower), and in this case I will not be able to use the Cut-throat Concerto set bonus.
