Honor PvP should have pvp kills

-1 adds to the toxicity of the current honour pvp situation

All PvP with chat enabled has toxicity, regardless of the game.

Nevertheless, I think a hint of toxicity also has its pros in AL, guildwars for example keeps the scene active.
