What's the pvp like in star legends? Alive and active? Were enchantments introduced?

Hiya,

Just wanted to ask if any pvp lower than the max lvl exists. In PL and AL cinco introduced enchantments which killed off low lvl pvp. Is this true of SL?
Was considering starting AL actually.

Low lvl pvp or "twink pvp" (thats how its called) is the same as max lvl, lvl20+ the mods ruined the pvp and lvl1-19 no one plays it, maybe just like 1 or 2 ppl do -lvl19 pvp.

Any kind of pvp these days is basically non-existent because of the loss of interest in SL for the most part. 2012 L20 pvp was really popular and had easily around 100-200 players consistently doing it.
