Visible hp bar in PvP

There should really be a hp/mana bar above the other teams head in Player vs Player combat. How many times have you asked your opponent "hp?" or "mana?" just to get a un-honest answer.

Now you can know in a ffa/1v1 situation how close you are to killing the enemy.

Not really? XD doesn't really matter if u see he's dying its the same as not having one. And that would be like cheating ish.

Although it might be interesting to see the current health/mana, I don't think it should be visible. Part of being skilled at PVP is being able to tell when you're opponent is vulnerable to be killed so you know if you need to attack or should retreat. This is a big part of what makes PVP challenging and taking it away would really oversimplify the mechanics, in my opinion.
