So, I just got a new tv..

It's a samsung 32" LCD, and I was so pumped to get it since all the reviews I read said how amazing it was, but now that I've got it hooked up the quality looks like crap. I've tried it on the hd channels and regular channels, and it's the same. Anybody have any clue how to fix this?

Are you using hdmi... cause hd on anything else will look bad.

If your using cable make sure u have an HD cable box as well

Indeed, HD tv does you no good without a hdmi cable.

Well, I couldn't figure it out so they've got a technician comin in to help, so once this dude shows up hopefully it will be fixed. And it's not just the hd channels, it's all of them. Got to sit on the phone for half an hour with "misty" while she waited for her nails to dry. God I hate customer service.

Um yea. I got a new tv a bit back ago (LCD) I think and my family had some problems with it. It took my dad about 42hours,12 store trips, 20 burritos, and a glass of water to fix it. Now I no nothing about tv other than to sit in front of it but on a more happier note. Try a burrito
