Default Attention android users!!! (A must read)

Ever wanted to get a screenshot to post on the forums, but you don't want to risk rooting your phone? I have great news! I have found an app that is great at taking screenshots! It's called Screenshot UX Trial which is the free one. Here is what you can do:
    Take screenshots in MANY ways!
Edit the picture to smudge out names or point things out!
And more info is on the app store!
Try it out and post what you think of it here!

Problem with the native thing is that the back button takes effect before the picture snaps. This app doesn't.

Unlimited pics. Trial only allows 14 screenshots.

I'd just suggest root if you're not scared. It's not a big deal if you follow the right steps. And you can unroot if you want to later. Screenshot is built in many roms and is usually just a shortcut like holding "home and volume"

Native screen caps were not built into Android until 4.x. However, your device manufacturer may have included it in their overlays.

I'm gonna try and find a good rooting program that's guaranteed to work well. I'm always cautious.

I suggest going to rootzwiki and/or xda developers. Look up your device there and there will probably some how to root guides on there. Just make sure to follow those institutions an you'll be good.

same rooting methods doesn't work in all phones and firmwares. (eg. I have Huawei u8800 and froyo(2.2) firmware was very easy root with one click root apps but gingerbread(2.3) was very hard to root for me because one click root apps didn't work and I have only Mac and no admin access to install adb.)
