    Default fix harpo aa in pvp zone

    Plz fix harpo aa in pvp its one shot aa doing 100% dmg of hero hp. Fix it... its for low lvl zones. I dnt know about others...

    at lvl76: groucho ability can be critical and sometimes deal 6-7k dmg (checked against lvl76 target with 7,7k armor), need nerf it
