Actually, threads like this.

There are many ways to deal with each of these. And who cares about people overpricing anyways? Don't buy.
Beggars, scammers, the rest? Respond, report, mute, and move towns.
It's like New York? Suggest a way for STS to vet the public. Other than that, well, it's New York. or New Delhi. or Hong Kong.

Get over it.
