If you patch it should now only affect the person using the set - though seems like something else is wrong with it as well from that screenshot.

Cause mine looks like this, which is cool:

This should be mostly fixed if you patch again - will probably be adjusted further though. On very high resolution devices the grain gets so subtle I can't even see it.
