They need stat changes not skill changes. If you change skills you change the whole game even down to twink levels.
That's the issue with one pvp zone in the whole game.
If there is an problem with it, there's no where else to go if you want to pvp.
That's why prior to 2016, it didn't matter so much if endgame was ruined. There was always other levels.
OP, if you really want a balanced pvp experience, there's always peeps down to revive one of the og levels. Hopefully, it works out for you

The changes wont affect mythic pvp because you'll still die in one auto anyway.
100 sets need more regen rn there is no regen at all only way to get ur health up is play a mage or rj im not saying give us op regen but enough to get our health up quicker in 1v1 ffa
