I prefer gale for the armor buff and the mastery, but guess the best you can do is to experience both the skils and choose the one which best fits your tastes.

Gale armor buff is useless in honor cuz there only 21 armor. Since the armor buff is % and not raw, it is negligible.Overall fireball has less cd than gale so fireball would be the better choice.
