How can i make Vili Aged Visage Mythic vanity?

How can i make Vili mythic vanity? I am talking about the tradeable one (not the purple one (dazzling)

The only way to obtain the aged vanity was to loot it during the forgotten vanity event. There is no way to craft it.

you can loot them from elite gold pirate chests. they cannot be crafted.

You can loot the helm (not vanity) from elite gold pirate chests. Helm vanity version could only be looted in the Forgotten Vanity Event as @Kaziscate said. There are two versions: bounded (bought with tokens) and the tradeable one. Maybe you can find one at auction.
