thanks for the clarification if this is true. Cus on events, like Marvel Event, Pirate Booty (The Pirate King Set), Temple (Swamp Commando, Latest Tribal Vanity Weapons) are sold too by their corresponding vendors but are bound version. I didn't know this wasn't the case for Bday Event. If it was tradeable, then the only thing I suggest for this Event is the release of Lvl31 Mythics as vanities and the recipes not needing the original weapon to craft.
