Hairstyles and Faces

Can the hairstyles and faces we buy be permanently owned in the Hairstyler. So when we buy a new hairstyle or face, if we want to change back to the old style we wouldn't have the hassle of spending story tokens for the one we previously owned?

Also, Can we have more designs for Hairstyles and Faces

I'm not sure about keeping previously bought faces and hairstyles but would like more choice.
Skin colour for instance, like in pocket legends but that would mean total body colour not just face because more is shown here in AL than in PL.
