Wouldn't be to sure about that, just saw 2 players with bone and flame ears. Pretty sure they were this years, they looked smaller than last years...

Then again they might have been trying to pass them as this years and my eyes fooled me.

Last year they dropped from every boss. It's just a random chance. Maybe it's the same this year? Anyone know if the vanities are the same as last year?

If by the same you mean drop from bosses, yes. But I think just flame, bone, and ice drop. However, thats unconfirmed.

Not too sure on the dropped ears. Farmed sarcophagus for a good hour and no luck, for all I know they drop from specific bosses this year
