New arc pendant

Loooking for feed back for arc 76 new valley pendant . In my opinion bcs proc is after killing mob is just useless like arc 76rings . Would be much more fun if got same proc type like ebon armor , so finally new item would be must have in evg ,that means ppl would open more locks. Secone think proc aura is so small ,cant see when i got combo proc . What do u think ?

25% haste is not that much , since proc isnt like dozer axe after one hit proc

25% indeed not significant like ebon armor haste same as pets haste buff

If it combines with doz axe / ebon vest it is op if it does not combine then it is trash pendant.

Exacly looks bit disapoited . Since haste capped 75%haste its anyway bit no point to proc this bcs hard stack good timing . 4example mage on start evg proc ebon armor (50haste) tgt pedant (cost late proc interr set {loosing dmg bcs u need spell at least one fireball so in next combo u have just interr and abyssal}. War on start wave wearing anyway 71arcanes since they not need int they will go for new pendant but whats the point if they have ebon armor(50%) on mobs anyway plus dozer axe(50%) and haste still max is 75% . So in the end war meaby can do like 5% more dmg if lucky timing proc.

The point is when neither armor/weapon is active, you'll still have another 25% haste source. Mind you that 25% haste isn't something to belittle, you'll be able to land a couple more hits which is better than no haste at all. Especially for tanks, situationally would be a game changer if amu procs whilst their jugg/horn ready to use.

Same for rogs and mages, situationally would be a game changer when it procs whilst their important skills ready to use.

imo the proc should be based on dealing damage from auto attack and skill attacks not from kills, so could be useful at fighting bosses too

all arc 76 gear are chance on proc after certain number of mob being killed...it is kinda only useful only in map with massive continuous mob...otherwise useless proc...if can change to chance of proc after certain dmge dealt then is ok
