Lock Valley Crates

Please Add drop chance for "normal" lock valley crates in valley maps make sense elite version drops in valley elite maps so please let normsl version also drop in normal maps so that people will run normal maps more often and can help lots of nvg runners

To balance things
Reduce crafting materials and fee so that ppl will still farm greensap at least 10k fee for crafting 35k is too much when pricing auc sometimes down to 20-28k I don't see this worth crafting

This can be applied after winter since lock marsh is useless now welp🥴
