Dragonet searing staff around 800m.
I think Elite wave twister can go anywhere from 250-350m for clean. Slightly cheaper if enchanted. I've been seeing EWTs advertised in the 300s lately tho.
But you can buy dragonets for 300m if you knock some sense into the seller. Both staffs were very hard to get and are both around 8 years old so both discontinued, in fact the staff has been brought back as vanity while EWT never has as item or vanity.
This logic means that both should be the same price but merches just sometimes like making up prices out of thin air.
There's also that one fact that there are less X fires than dragonets. So paying near a 1bil for that staff yet Xfire can be found for 400m makes no logical sense. X fire was 400m 2 months ago no way it's over a bil now.
Dragon's Breath elite staff, Ixxfirexxi(?) is selling one for like 600m or less
I think the staff's worth more because it can proc in towns unlike xfire. Xfire is rarer but demand might be higher for the staff cos of that ability. By that logic tho, EWT should also be around 800m but maybe it's more common idk. This is just all a guess. I don't know these merches come up with prices. Furthermore, I don't know how people are foolish enough to accept them. 800m for dragonets is daft.
