Farming during Winter Event

Hey Devs,

Thank you for your hard work and what you have done with this event.

Please accept my thoughts regarding how farming goes sp far.

The Winter event is fun until everyone reaches the platinum tier status after this point we cannot make gold from anything.

Bosses are not offering a big much of a deal when it comes to items which we can sell and make gold from.

Brooding Grounds - it does drop some furniture but again we can sell it for an extremly cheap price which is not quite applicable for the times which we are living in AL.

I've seen one intresting thing dropping from Blizzerax, the ICE walls and please apply a buff the drop rate of them cause i've seen them dropping twice in 200 runs.

I thought this event would be worth farming as Arcanite Fields and Forgotten Vanity event were.

Please consider adding some gold loot sets in the drop rate table or even some arcanes weapons in order to keep us running for the following weeks.

Blizzerax elixirs - would be considered useful if the drop loot table would be updated.

Buffing up drop rate of walls is not a bad idea tbh. Not sure if it'll happen but here's my +1 for what it's worth.

Exactly what many suggested in the guide thread including me.
Hope they have a positive response to this post at the least.
Wouldn't hurt for a small chance for something to keep us running.
It's christmas anyways.

In the previous years they added arcane artifact to the loot table which was a motivation to keep farming but this year its all about getting to plat tier and then sitting around cuz there is literally nothing else to farm to make a few bucks. This is MY personal opinion. Make other things lootable. Add in arcanite iceball or something good...

i want a lower price, but something i can use for my house house items are one of those things that should be affordable so many can design their home.

For upcoming winter events (don't think any changes will be made for this event):
Add to loot table:
In 5th boss- Arcanite Iceball,Hero Breeze (low rate), Baby Blizzerax(low rate), Ravening set (medium/low rate), Desire set (low rate), Greed set (super low rate)
In 4th boss- Glacian, Whim Brothers, Buried/Hidden/Interred ring/amulet
In Brood- Arcane artifact (super low rate), increase drop rate of furnishing (a small tweak, I ran 300times yd and saw 1wall only), vanity aura (super low rate)
In Ice fiend- New daily quest (10token reward), 1-7token, Iceball, Lucky
Change mechanic:
Make locks recipes stashable(this should be applied to every event)
Add to vendor:
Any ice related pet
Badge to run brood(this whole flamestone thing is a mess)

because they dont care about making good changes...like they can make good loot from brood like arcane drops/eggs and more people will buy the elixir(p2w/f2p) and its a win-win for both sts and us...because this tier rewards and drops loots are like 80% vanities and almost worthless.And you wanna know why they dont care is because sts found a better source of getting money by making those overprice "auras" vanities which for sure is easier than making like a new piece in inventory like boots or new skills as we are in 2020 still using skills from 2012 no new changes,as also this is a major events they could for sure make a new map and at least new bosses to fight that are more stronger and give better rewards so people can grind for more time and enjoy the game. so prepare because every new event now will contain this overprice auras and almost no changes at all..they are making new events and almost every week yes,but think people quantity doesnt mean quality.i realyy prefer the old times when they prepare the events and make mores things in that than doing so many and so simple as last ones were and whats where the rewards.well you guess it only vanityes..SO now sts tell me are you gonna change the name Arcane legends for vanity legends? because is the only thing i see nowaday and its makes me sad because i love this game and being playing for so long but this last years i can really see you dont care about this game and the critisim that is getting..its like you are making a new game and the money reciving from this is for the new one because i dont see any update on al about new things

This means when the thread is shut down for many different reasons could be because it was in the wrong section all the way to it inciting drama there’s many reasons why this could happen but it usually ends up with the thread closed and nobody else can comment in there basically meaning the thread is “locked”

Cause STS likes to lock certain threads that gove valid criticism under the reasoning of 'drama' while its like 1-2 people causing said drama, so instead of banning those they shut down the whole thread which makes no sence

Absolutely false but these are the types of players that shoot passive aggressive comments towards devs and wonder why there thread gets shut down there’s many threads that are open for criticism but once players like this here attempt to make a mockery of the devs that usually ends up with the thread being locked to prevent further degradation which makes perfect sense seeing that the player is unable to get there point across without a few insults every now and then just uncivilized players get threads closed basically
