first get the full set, NOT ONLY THE HELMET. then once you have aquired it, wear it. Then you should find Hermit in shuyal. i believe it's the second map of shuyal. just keep going straight ahead until you enter a cave. now he will keep giving you quests, just keep completing them until you earn the mythic upgraded helmet and armor. When you are finished you can go to kraag and buy a recipe from the vanity seller so you can craft it into a vanity, if you wish.

you can sell the old mythic gear that you originally bought, but not the upgraded version.
