As fun as this might be, the people with rare vanities and gear sets and those that spent thousands on the game would not be too happy. Id guess that half of the player base would quit if that were to be implemented.

It’s a second server... the original one cap 76 is untouched. It’s just a new server basically starting from nothing. Not sure why they would quit. Lots of games have this

Depends on players personal views. Me personally I wouldn’t care starting from nothing. While at the main server I have everything.

What about a test server? Where you have unlimited gold, speed, one shot, ect. Well. I actually think your idea would be pretty cool, but there's a very big risk.

For example, if a bunch of people migrated to the second server, then the first server might 'die'. IMO the game's population is already pretty limited, so it wouldn't be good to split it up more. At this point in time it's impossible to find people your level when leveling up, and doing basic things so imagine how it'd be if there was even less people. Multiplayer aspect would be destroyed...

I would actually be up for this, im immensely curious how the economy will develop without people having billions of gold reasy to buy whatevee they want, but for this to truly work sts would have to disable the plat store for pets, armors, locks etc. But sadly we all know how sts hates the idea of not monetizing anything so wont happen

After reading this, what I understood is that in this server, "Arcane Legends 2", to call it some way, we are going to start over again as if it is 2012. Meaning we would have a low limited level, but the old things, right? Like the old armors that use to drop, and we would farm pet eggs and lockeds as we used to do. If this is what you meant, I really like this idea. This would bring back many memories, it will make people happy (old players that miss the old ways of making gold), and would give a great experience to new players who didn't knew about the game back at 2012. Thinking about reviving this moments makes me really happy.

I’m remembering how we actually bought gold for plat from the store to leapfrog people who couldn’t right away, and used plat to pop locks.
If you had this new server either it uses plat and history unfolds in the same way, or you want a new server without plat O.o?

This is what many including hoped hardcore would be, an competitive scene without plat but suprise suprise they kept the plat in anyway and ruined the whole experience of an hardcore progression

I dropped out of hc lb when location apps were released. Saw the writing on the wall as we say

This would be interesting, although I got to agree with some of the community here. Having a second server will cause extreme player distribution, to mention the players who would quit, they would just go back and forth between servers causing even more lack of players, then STS will start losing money, to mention running another server would cost more money. So STS would close Down AL if this were to happen hehe sadly.

Although, if it was possible for a second server starting from nothing I would give everything I have here to go back to the good old days. 2013-2015 were AL’s best years imo.

Tbh all the people asking “whats the point of it” didnt play in the early AL days, 2012-2013. You cant even remotely compare it to what it is now, it was at its glory back then, not Aura Legends

With that being said, I would be up for it. However, as this has been suggested multiple times over the past years I doubt it will happen.

Also people do have a point. 2 seperate servers wouldnt be good for the main server population

I wish it would happen but it won't. Hardcore isn't the same at all, people who think it is haven't played from 2012.
While I'm here, please can we have an option to turn off auras?

Please back this up. There is no way the op could gain anything. Oh, except for enjoyment but that's something that's thin on the ground at the moment.
