I have an account old account i just remember but the email i sold for another game "pubg" 2years ago i just remember and now i change the email to my email but the free plat and ads are gone after i change it. Is there anyways to get em back

Also i have an account that plat offer and ads gone from along time is there anyways to get atleast the free ads back?
Iv'e contact support for the first problem aint got solution yet any of u guys who have the same problem with me please helpim useless without ads
