I mean please can we have this like no other way to contact a person if he/she is offline unless he/she is active forums user but anyways please add this feature in settings
Huge help for us buying item or selling so we can notify the seller or buyer that we are online stuffs like that

To avoid spamming
1 notification per hr (house mail)
