Lupos quest Bug

I am doing the Lupos quest line in Kelys. I have completed all previous quests with swamp. But the Mini arcane Skull dozer quest doesn't want to show up. It says U do not meet the requirement. I don't understand why I can't take up the quest. PLs solve the problem ty.

You need Recipe: Skull-Dozer Trophy for the quest to be available.

Ty but where do I get that recipe I have done 1k each valley boss and didn't received any recipe. Goody wells neither sells it.

Probably in auction - I think it's from the occupy windmoore event.
