Not Receiving Reward for Re-Completing Area

You can revisit previously completed zones and upon re-completion you receive xp, gold, and "have a chance to get loot" from a loot table. I keep re-running in the zone and after beating the boss, stepping on the exit thing, and leaving, I always get the xp n gold but never gotten an item off the loot table (or at least no obvious indication of receiving) I re-ran quite a few times. Zone named #1 Enemy or something like that

For dungeons, the "loot" is in drops inside the dungeon. You'll see swords for weapons -- walk to the icon and you'll automatically pick it up. You'll see gems for the gems.

For the other missions, it's random when you finish a mission that you might get an "extra" reward -- such as treasure stash, buffs. The buffs start immediately so you'd better be ready when you click on the gold completion icon.
