So what's up with not buying plat if you are from tx?
Playing on Chrome 'cause I'm on iOS. Try to by plat so I can get the premium character and when I go to pay, I have to assert that I don't live in tx. I know that STS is based here in Austin, but why can't I get plat?
I also would like to know if I will get another shot at a premium toon or if that one time was it? If it is, I may delete and start over. That is, if I even bother with DL after trying the energy stuff.
I can still buy plat, it just charges u taxes.

Hey SamTheDog,
As Angeldawn mentions, you can still purchase Platinum if you are here in Texas. The system will just charge you the appropriate sales tax.
Regarding the premium character starter bundle, you can purchase it at character select from the little pricetag icon next to your character.
I would guess if you delete a premium character and make another you have to buy the premium package over again.
