Charge speed

At the moment, i love the charge ability of the skills and attacks. The one thing that didnt seem right was the movement speed while in the charge stance. What i suggest is make the movement speed of a character 1/2 while charged, this way you wont just get people going into the room always charged.

Are you already slowed down when charged? It's what I noticed at least.
