Quest bugged for years

I think this quest is for crafting the gnepnyr amulet, after you complete the runes, you go speak with the king in stronghold (down stairs, beside the portal to shuyal), then you check the book to be in page 47(I’m not sure about the number),after check the book you go to the grave and the gnepnyr amulet dropping and quest finished.
It supposed the gnepnyr to open the portal to shuyal,but somehow you can enter to shuyal without it.

You get must tap the rune stones that are placed in three Nordr Maps. One in Crystal Caverns, one in Oltgar and the last is in Valheim.
When you have three, you go to Ture in the Stronghold and he will send you to a book nearby.
You tap for page 77. This will inform you there is a Gleipnir, a key that opens the tomb.
Tap the tomb and receive a Gleipnir which is an amulet.
It works because I have shown many new players recently and I have seen others showing new players.
Maybe you missed a rune stone.

You should be fixed up and able to do the quest now.

With the next update, it should no longer be possible to get into the state where you need the quest credit but it thinks you've already used that runestone.
