yes, i know someone who got unbanned, he just provided a proof that he got nothing to do with the ban reason provided to him.

Some bans are errors or account user had lack of knowledge for what was done in an account. For example, you could still be banned for purchasing platinum and accidentally refunding it after using all the plat due to fraud. You could be unbanned by repurchasing the plat you have used. And yes, you could be unbanned if you have a strong reason or if you have to make an action in order to get your account back.

Just email sts to re evaluate your acount and ask them the reason behind your ban. Provide solid evidence, and wait them to reply
