about old acc thing

well i had acc in 2013-2014 sent message to sts like i told them my acc names close to reality all accaunt pets as i can remember lvls and other informations even said mobile phone excact location even i sent them old screenshots of acc and idk many other that only me may know reply everytime i got same u need access to original mail otherwise cant be restored acc if i forgot mail theres no way to restore in this whole game?

You have a couple options:
1) Regain access to the old email address - contact the email provider about that.
2) Contact sts support, and prove to their satisfaction that you have always been the owner of that account, and they can change the account's email address to one you do have access to. If you cannot prove to their satisfaction that the account is yours, you're out of luck.
