The spirit of PvP

Thanks Walkhard for coming up with this idea, I just had to post it:

Lately, many PvPers got bored or frustrated by the change that has taken place in PvP.
90% of the forest fight games are either chat rooms or places for 1-1. FFA is hard to find or create.
Many people are scared of ruining their precious ratios, claiming free kills and preferably fight weaker chars.
More and more people, also many skilled and old-school players, decide to "rush" games to fight the boredom that is taking over PvP.

Something has to change and one first step could be:

Making teamspeak the default setting for any PvP/Ctf map! (except for the 1-1 map)
Maybe make a command /whatsoever for general chat. Maybe.

This would :

-encourage FFA and action.
-make it easier to give strategical commands (typing out "/team " takes time).
-reduce trashtalking.

I'm sure that would be a quite dramatic change, but it could bring new life into these chatrooms that once were called PvP arenas.

They should add the gates in PL and SL like they did in DL, idk why they never had, makes no sense at all. PvP is rarely touched in PL and i dont think they noticed that its getting stale.

IMO, they should make it IMPOSSIBLE to talk with the other team. Let's be honest. PvP in PL was never meant to be 1v1. It was meant to be no-holds barred FFA. PvP USED to be great, with teamwork and strategy. Now it's whoever has bucket loads of plat and gold wins.

Well at some instances yes, but for tournaments that are going to be happening ALOT (;D) more frequently, it's kind of necessary to speak to the opposing team. Steve and Gaunab, Thanks for bringing this up. It has been brought up a few times, but the best ideas have to be said more than once to make it happen, right?
