Can anyone explains to me how Skratch Staff's proc works?. The only thing i see is damage and crit increase, and it has a small amount of health Regen. I saw some threads said that it has reflect effect but i can find it, does it really has reflect? :3

Reflect was before buff, more then year ago.

Curse havent reflect .curse reducing taking dmg plus u doing more dmg on cursed mobs . Curse works better if u have more INT

Wdym that Curse haven't reflect? Also, curse doesn't directly depend on Int, but damage.

There are scenarios when your damage is debuffed. So, regardless how much Int you have but your damage is debuffed, the reflection from curse is also weakened.
