Where should I farm gold beside event?

I'm currently playing as lvl 76 warrior. I heard people earn almost 10m a day by farming with gl items. Where should I farm?

Get gears
farm deep Marsh also usually called dm as short to go here wait for the bar in word map under fester fang to fill and show a timer count... Once it shows timer go to fester fang Town and talk to a lady with a gate icon on her head.

And vg / evg
Valley gates and elite valley gates
To go here, once the 2nd bar in evg world map fills up you can find a Porta to the right side of valley town(pink portal) take that and select party vg or evg)
Elite drops a lot of gold but it's tougher so get decent gears and learn how to play a war in evg.
With my 600 gl set I get 33k average per boss in evg(1 boss every 40-50 scnds)
In dm i get same (5 boss per run so total 120-140k per run)

Mostly that's it besides event.. There are few others but not as efficient

How do you use the gl set? Ss for the mobs and gl set for the boss? or like SS mobs, Boss Stats, and gl set right before the death of the boss?
