Just some thoughts I had in mind, with no expansion yet. I was just curious, is arcane gear/items too common? It just doesn’t feel special anymore, perhaps there’s too much of it?

Also the new mythic gear/spirit gear is the new legendary gear, it doesn’t feel mythic at all. Spirit gear is just legendary weapon stats and then at max level it’s mythic weapon stats. There’s really no point in them...

Wouldn’t it be beneficial to introduce a new gear type? Like Heroic?

Just a though, not sure if you guys feel the same or not.

You are right with first 2 thoughts. And i think there shouldnt be new gear, sts should balance game with what we have. And i can bet that bew gear would end just like arcane gear did. In every single locked foe every single event.

With arcane gear being pretty much a requirement to farm endgame, i dont think a rough estimate of 50 to 100m for a decent set is common whatsoever.
This is still an insane amount of money especially for people who wanna play the game without pouring loads of money into it.
Best thing they could do is make a new midclass set for lv81 that isnt as good as the lv76 arcanes, but also vastly better than legendary and allows to farm the current endgame maps.
Pit this set at the right rarity so it doesnt become astronomically priced, and im sure we’ll see a vast influx in people actually playing the game rather than shouting “buy merch” all day.
And this way, you can still feel like a special little boy

Maybe if they reduced the rate of dropping arcane from lock, that help maybe?
