Level 21 is cap.
Pocket legends: Eagle (Endgame Bird), Magic (endgame mage), Getnuked (voodoo mage)
Star legends: Eng (Engineer), Rapid (operative)
Dark legends: Sucker (vampire queen)

Sucky, I wanted to chain dark binding, vermin swarm, and frenzy burst...for maximum op-ness.
I have a feeling everyone and their moms are going to have frenzy burst for pvp in about a week...it's going to be so annoying.
Yeah those skills are there waiting for level cap raise.
