Default New Player Reforms. (Journal + Suggestions) @Devs

    Hi,

Recently I have created a new account, and tried to cap without using my old connections.

From level 1 to level 40, it was a breeze. I had fun enjoying the storyline and level up in process. The free gears were nice too, I was able to solo every map. Level 40 to 46 was pretty okay, enjoyable, but was a bit difficult.

Tindrin was medium difficulty, but I was getting oneshotted by Alargan, and Rendtail. I died a lot of times, but managed to finish the campaign.

I was about level 50 now after finishing Tindrin. I was able to join one of the top 10 guild (not gonna mention which guild, and it wasn't the one which my main account was in).

Now it was time to play Glinstone campaign. It was hell...... Every mob was oneshotting me. I bought level 50 gears with all the money I had levelling. It was difficult. Nearly impossible. I asked for help in guild, no one was willing to help, maybe this was due to event.

But the main problem is that the maps are always empty, and I have to end up soloing them. I met people from time to time, but since they were actually new, they wouldn't make much difference. Sometimes, they would make the map harder.

Now, getting to the main point:

    1) I had to always play every map solo, every map until festerfang should be soloable.

    2) It takes way too long to level up as a new player especially without access to XP Elixirs from shop.

    3) I wasn't eligible for free xp elixir until I was around level 40.

    4) The amount of XP dailies give should be increased.

    5) Dungeon Crawler, and Unstoppable Force quests are a waste of time. 300 XP each, and they take way too long. XP should atleast be increased to 600. Considering when the other nordr daily quest about collecting crystals give 600 xp when it takes only 1 min to do it.

    6) Shimmering Crystal daily quest is wayy too rng. It takes about 6 runs of the same map to finish this.

    7) Even as a level 60 fully geared mage, I am not being able to do underhul dailies. The boss oneshot me. I normally end up needing to get damage reduction elixir, and even then it takes way too long. I can't do graveyard dailies as a level 60 mage either: No one is there, and the mobs oneshot me.

    8) Northal quest is daily quest, but he is rarely awake during that period. My suggestion is that as long as the player has the quest he should be able to spawn Northal. I mean why is it a daily quest when he can't be fought daily? Not many people farm him anyways.

    9) More quests should be added in every region to fight bosses for xp similar to Glintstone, and Underhul. Also, similar to Northal, fighting cryostar should also be a daily quest.

    10) lastly, once again, I believe that every level should be soloable for new player until atleast the expansion before the most recent expansion. In this case, every map should be solo-able until festerfang.

    Sincerely,
    Chaleze.
