100% agree with the guy that said find a different game if your goal is to put down arcane legends specifically. There's loads of great games out there worth trying.

However if your issue is more to do with game addiction then ehh that's a different case

I'm not addicted, I am playing an other popular game as well but idk I just can't be off for a day. That's my issue. I've tried to uninstall the app but idk i reinstall it.

If its for studying or work, you just need to stop. I know it sounds dumb but you literally need to put phone or laptop away and just start doing what you need to do. Hardest part is just letting go off it
Plus, i also "figured out" that games can wait. After whole day of working or whatever, game is still there. I can still play it no matter what.

I know that these advices sound dumb but they really helped me in focusing on stuff i need to do and not letting games or videos take away time when i need to study. Hope it helps a bit

Get to a state where u don't need to do daily trades... If u are a person that does merching nd stuff. For example sell all items you got and hoard hoardables worth hoarding....
Whn I take break I do this and barely feel to open game.. And does only in 2-5 days to check new updates and quick price check.

Rn u can get awk gems for 30-32k so maybe hoard a lot and take break.

Randomly hit your keys on your keyboard. Copy it, save it in a word document, and change your AL password.
Do a further step and create multiple folders and store your word document in one of the folder.
If you still get the password, create a new email as well. Copy, save, change, and hide it in a different folder.

Playing other games wont help wanting to stay away from a game, as you'll find flaws in others and will reminace about doing certain things on AL which will make you want to log back in.

Over the 7 years I've managed to stay away from even logging in completely for several months a couple of times an only really been able to do so as been way too busy with work or not having the facility to be able log in.

Best bet would be to find a hobby or something to do that has nothing to do with electronic devices if you want a break. Do some art, read books, craft something, etc etc would be your best bet of being able to stay away for a while... its healthy to take breaks n rests good for the mind body n soul!

yes sir, it good to see what people are selling..I like to hang out there as many items are to costly to place in an auction.
