About Vermin Swarm..

hi people. im lv20 now and i wanna respec my power points.. i wanna know is that vermin swarm skill damaging just one target or 4 targets like it says in description? cause i saw on youtube it makes dmg on one target but it says 4 in descripton. ty for answers

Someone asked me same yesterday ingame, tested on pve and got it hit multiple targets too.
Also in ctf got it hit two persons, not have seen bigger group where to hit.
