Please fix this set effect

So why do all demo sets have the same effect 3 and 4pc? All Glyph sets 3 and 4pc? All Tiki 3 and 4pc? Fiery? Savage? Etc Etc etc.

Because the 4pc set gives you the additional benefits of a fourth item. They don't require a beefier 4pc set bonus. They do however require four (4) specific pieces... and you can't get the bonus with three (3) items :-)

I have enchanted set equipped including the bracer, customized talon set and recurve have the same sparkles is what I'm referring to. Shouldn't the wand set have the same set effects as well?

I have all 4pc enchanted items equipped. still not the same set effect as the staff set.

I guess there's some misunderstanding here, he is referring to the "set effects" those colored sparkles not set bonus. The wand set is missing the green sparkles, this also the case on dex set with xbow equipped which on the other hand only effect is the green sparkles.
