Auction Transaction Confirmation

I think it would be useful if auction confirmations worked similar to trading. Here's how it works:

1.An item is listed in auction and someone buys it
2.The gold is deducted from buyer and item listed by seller is delisted and put into a waiting for confirmation state.
3.For the buyer, this listing will appear in "Pending" under the "My Sales" tab.
4.For the seller, this listing will appear in "Complete" under the "My Sales" tab.
5.The seller will have the usual option of completing transaction, but there will also be an additional option to cancel transaction.
6.If the seller confirms the transaction, the listing will then appear in "Complete" for the buyer, where they can pick up the item. Gold is also transferred to the buyer.
7.If the seller declines the transaction, or takes too long to confirm, the gold is returned to the buyer and the item is returned to the seller's inventory.

This is intended as another layer of security to ensure that transactions are fair and items listed for an unintended price are not completely unrecoverable.

Its good to have for trading but its too complicated and time consuming for the auction with up to 500 slots.
