Slain King Vanity wep recipe?

So im wondering if this recipe is still lootable using northal elixer. It does not mention it on the description and iv been farming him for a while now. This is my 2nd time attempting it. They tell me its lootable through elite northal king but im unsure. Can anyone confirm or can a dev let us know if this vanity recipe is still lootable? Because the elixer does not mention it.

I think it's only from non-elite northal.
