Yeah that’s why it’s a proc. It’s not op by itself only with the help of elite axe does it get its power. Without it it’s usless

yeah...that why dragon staff long ago nerff during lvl cap 71 ...kinda long enuf to nerff the glint...

And boring... I believe they don't understand the joy of playing the game. Glint Aegis was never a mandatory cap lvl weapon to use but it was fun.

Wolf is just OP no exploit was used

I can say if this fix stays then it is addressing the new arcanes. Exploitable AOE process + Broken Damage Proc can only last so long.

You got to remember sts is on 81 cap now, so choices of class balance now, will reflect later.

Only took forever.

There were 2 things going on here - one was a bug, one an unintended change. So... if the bug wasn't being abused, it will be back how it was with today's update.
