Ebon Armor Rogue Hotbar Issue/Bug

I can't seem to update my hotbar slots whenever i want to swap it to sunken to ebon. All items were working perfectly fine except ebon armor. I did it many times. I even put sunken in stash to check if it will be updated but it still cant. Please help,

If you're basing on visual proc ebon armor for rogue takes time to proc couz of dodge only DoT dmg will proc , try putting hotbar 1 eb armor hotbar 2 sunk click sunk check inventory if sunken loadouts was on and check 1 if eb armor is on if your complaining about the gameplay it's normal
