Spectate mode

Not really sure if this is a bug or what. But can we zoom in/out in spectator mode? Its too zoomed in sometimes and in some maps and very annoying.

Also some additions would be awesome-
See what people are looting
The chats (Can be enabled / disabled due to privacy by the streamer)
And rotate map
