so, anybody find a effective build yet?

I'm just about to hit level 20 and have decided to make a second character to play on while I wait for energy on my main. I'm curious has anybody found an effective setup yet for pve? Which skills do the most damage for least blood, which stats are most important etc... I sortof messed up my main by leaving auto level on and don't
want to respec just yet.

I saved a point n got leap and vermin swarm at 20, both will 1-shot any non-boss en masse on a toon that stacks defence and didn't take the +damage passive. They're all I use at the moment.
