Platinum offer
I was just wondering if anyone has experienced this before. So i completed a plat offer and like usual it didnt work. So i emailed tapjoy support and after about a week of giving them proof ect they said they would reward me of the plat. But then 24hrs went by (this is the time they said it will take for them to reward) and i emailed them again, they said they couldnt help that i had to contact sts but sts doesnt help with 3rd party offers?
There is no way they would not give u what u finished ..

Update: I got an email back from Sts support saying they dont help with the plat offers ( i already knew that) But i tried it because thats what tapjoy support told me to do. So if tapjoy doesnt want to help neither sts did i just get scammed or something? I think i spent like 10-20usd and about 2-3 weeks just to do the offer and not get rewarded.

Third Parties are on Your own risk ..
Indeed StS have nothing to do with it .
Furthermore send ticket with ur lvl or castle of specific game ,ur email of purchase and connection of ur google play acc so they know its first time registered acc (if u ever installed before u wont get rewarded since not new player )
I never Even Did Offers Once Cause In Poor Countries Offer Just Give Maximum of 1-100 plat and Those Offer Take Weeks Or In app Purchase This Is just More Unfair.

Weird, when I emailed chad with a similar problem like 2 years ago sts support investigated and they rewarded me with the plat missing from the third party with sufficient proof

Well what do i do lol neither of them want to do anything the tapjoy guy said he already did it and he said he cant do it a second time, but it didnt even work the first time as you can see in the pic i never got credited for the last reward. Yes sometimes it takes over 15mins to reach plat, but in most cases u get them, unless u did something wrong, like didnt download adv app same time as clicked offer. There is many things that can go wrong, if u dont read description, remember to carefully read it.
Yes but he got reward for few lvls so its not to him
If i just respons to Lindsay with the email that tapjoy sent and proof or whatever will she/he just ignore it or will a bot respond or will it eventually take me to a real person?
maybe take to court, after u got all proof, and problem not solved? Could categorize as "fraud" if u truly were scammed.
